The Formation/Training Program
The Leadership Formation Program is designed to equip you with the things you will need to fulfill the role of a small group leader. It provides an opportunity to get to know other small group leader, so that you can support one another throughout the pilgrimage. There is also a unique opportunity to take your faith sharing to another level as we prepare as a leadership group together.
The Leadership Formation Program includes a weekend retreat, day session, evening sessions & debrief. These activities will include:
- Leadership Training
- Spiritual Formation/Reflection
- Safety and care / duty of care
- Guidance in leading a small group in prayer, debrief and reflection
- Faith sharing
- Pratical and logistical information regarding WYD11 and our Pilgrimage
- Basic First Aid
- Fun, Friendship and opportunities to enhance your faith
