What is expected of a small group leader?

To take on the opportunity with enthusiasm
To remember that you are a pilgrim, and as such, fully participate in the pilgrim program of preperation
To fully participate in the leadership formation program
To help with pilgrim preparation activities, retreats and formation where needed
To be a good example / role model to pilgrims
To be a responsible and 'lively' small group leader throughout the WYD11 Pilgrimage in Europe and fulfill the role of a small group leader.
